The Festival will last for two days and encompass the beauty, richness of culture and artisan traditions that make regions of Russia famous.

In Kirov the festival of folk arts and crafts “Storeroom of Handycrafts” has started.

The souvenir products and items will be presented at the festival by guests from Moscow, St. Petersburg, the republics of Chuvashia, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Karelia as well as from Perm region and Nizhny Novgorod, Vologda, Yaroslavl regions and others. It is expected that more than 15 thousand people will visit the festival.
The regional drama theater is playing host to the large-scale event. Deputy chairman of the regional government Gennady Machekhin, deputies of Legislative Assembly, entrepreneurs, heads of plants took part in the opening ceremony of "Storeroom of Handycrafts" festival.

The festival will include master classes on traditional folk arts and crafts as well as performances of the city folk groups, prize drawing of souvenirs.
