All-Russia Youth Forum "Seliger" is going to be held this year for the tenth time.

"Seliger 2014" will unite 25 thematic shifts that will take place from June 13 to August 10 in Tver region – reports the Federal Agency on Youth Affairs.

Young leaders of Russia will participate in traditional shifts and those that this year will be present at the forum for the first time. Among them: "Youth self-government", "Regions of Russia", "Economics of the future", "Young lawyers", "Young designers and architects", "Spiritual foundations of Russia", "Russian truth", "The librarian of the future." All in all some 20 000 young people from all regions of Russia are expected.

The year 2014 is the anniversary one not only for Russian Youth Forum "Seliger", but also for the international shift «INTERSELIGER» that this year will be held for the fifth time.

That is the first among Russian youth forums that has entered the best ten youth conferences of the world.

The number of countries confirming their participation in «INTERSELIGER» is growing every year. This year representatives from 143 countries of the world are expected.

The largest youth forum of the country, as in previous years, will be attended by representatives of power, business, sports stars, TV anchor persons, innovators, politicians and leaders of public and student organizations.

Over the years of operation "Seliger" has established itself as the platform that facilitates dialogue, acquisition of new knowledge, communication with main persons of various industries, presentation of one’s project, promotion of oneself, obtaining support from investors.

In accordance with the request of the President of Russian Federation, this year the main youth site is planned to be transformed into year-round one.

Already this winter three extreme shifts will be organized, they will be carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
