On July 14 the V International Festival "ParIzhevsk” will take place – reports the official Internet site of the municipal body "The city of Izhevsk."

This year the theme of Russian – French festival is "The Ecology of culture."

"ParIzhevsk" is distinctive cultural bridge between Europe and Russia, France and Udmurtia.

The event offers not only great leisure time, it also facilitates the development of ecotourism and acquaintance with French culture.

The festival organizers are the department of culture and tourism of the city of Izhevsk, the foundation "The cultural capital of Izhevsk", French association "Village Parijevsk", center of Russian culture "Russian House".

The festival programme features the opening of the exhibition and master class of photo portraitist Jean-Francois Klostr, diaporama of Laurent Mandon "Gardens – vegetable plots in France", children linguistic and dance workout by Alice Morrisan, the concert of French and Udmurt performers and much more.
