The activities of the XII All-Russia Festival in memory of Vladimir Vysotsky will begin on July 25 at 18:00 at the territory of the Yacht Club "Parus".

On the floating stage by the embankment named after V. Vysotsky the friends of Vladimir Vysotsky will perform – the Honoured Artist of Russia Natalya Pyarn and film-director Gennady Nikolayev.

Three days will be filled with events and encompass concerts by guests and participants of author song contest, the gala concert with awarding the festival winners, the All-Russia marathon relay swimming "The mile of Vysotsky", sports and mass events, laying flowers at the monument to Vladimir Vysotsky and sanctification of memorable chapel.
