The International military and historical festival "Prokhorovka field - the third battle field of Russia"

12 july, 2014, Belgorod region


The large-scale festival is dedicated to the anniversary of the Battle of Kursk and Prokhorovka tank battle. The festival programme features: the liturgy, the laying of wreaths and flowers at the memorial of the Victory "Belfry" and sculptural composition "the Great Commanders of three battle fields of Russia"; adoption of the military oath; airshow; theatrical presentation at tank field with performances of sports paratroopers, cossacks; the concert "To the feat of the century I will sing the song"; the parade of cadet classes; exhibition and sale of craft products; excursions around the places of military glory; "Soldier camp" for war veterans and guests; fireworks.
